- Your bid is the amount you are offering to pay for each year of the 5-year contract, with a 5-year renewal option.
- If you are the winning bidder, the total contract price for 5 years will be 5 times the amount of your winning bid.
- Bidding will continue until no bids have been placed for 30 minutes.

1. AGREEMENT:
a) I represent and agree that I am of legal age to form a binding contract.
b) I (hereinafter, referred to as Buyer) agree to these terms and conditions, and swear that all the information furnished is true and correct.
c) Buyer agrees to be responsible for any purchase made or actions taken by an Agent authorized by me to act on my behalf,
d) Buyer agrees that this registration to bid is not assignable without the express written approval of PHS, LLC.
e) Buyer agrees to make any sale transaction for this entry through the town of Queen Creek, Arizona.
f) Buyer agrees that if they have the winning, final bid, the Buyer has entered into a binding agreement to purchase the item, subject to approval by the town council of Queen Creek, Arizona.
2. REPRESENTATION OF ITEM: Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre (HPEC) is responsible for the correct representation of this item, including the description, as well as in communication with potential or eventual buyers. HPEC is solely responsible for the accuracy of all information that appears in the online sale catalog and previews. HPEC agrees to hold PHS, LLC. harmless from any claims arising out of any such inaccuracies or omissions.
3. BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY: By placing a bid in this auction Buyer is indicating they have examined or researched this item to their satisfaction. Prior to Bidding, Buyers may ask HPEC for additional information.
4. FINAL SALE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL: Final sale of this item is subject to approval by the town council of Queen Creek, Arizona.
5. PAYMENT BY BUYER - Once bidding is closed an invoice will be emailed to Buyer. Terms of sale for PAYMENT are cash and payment of the require deposit must be made to TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK not later than Wednesday, September 3, 2025 by 5:00 PM MST. Buyer’s failure to pay by 5:00 PM MST on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 shall result in the right of HPEC or PHS, LLC to (A) accept the same purchase amount from another Buyer; (B) accept the next highest bid; or (C) offer the Item for auction a second time, all without further notice to Buyer.
Buyer shall pay TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK in all cases. Payment may be made in the form of MasterCard, Visa, American Express or DISCOVER credit cards, cash, bank wire transfer, cashier’s or official bank check. Any payment made by credit card, debit card, or any form that charges a fee for acceptance shall include an additional transaction fee of 4% (four percent). Checks must be made to TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK.
